My life has been a profoundly transforming process of exploring reality from the most subtle aspects of experience and how these interpenetrate and weave together what we objectively observe and socially intra-act(1).
I am the co-founder and CEO of IoLee Ecosystem and the principal architect of quantum social learning (QSL) and inside-out learning evolutionary experience (IoLee).
* QSL (quantum social learning) is a five-stage evolutionary action learning process that guides the evolution of conscious experience beyond our current social conditioning toward awareness, felt presence, and altruism.
* IoLee is a method of communication and language that consciously decodes and resonates with our physiological and emotional states. This unique approach allows us to experience a sense of liberation from space and time constraints.
When our business or initiative doesn’t evolve as quickly as we had hoped, affecting our bottom line or project goals, we may become overly focused on the outcome. This can lead us to communicate in ways that objectify and externalize our sense of control, reflected in our cognitive and other skills. As a result, we may experience stress, feelings of dependency, and isolation.
When we are present with and understand the impact of our thoughts and feelings on our social intra-actions (1), we can more easily identify the root causes of conflict, resistance, ineffective strategies, and poor project management.
QSL offers a novel action learning process using a r/evolutionary “process language,” IoLee, that enables us to remain aware of, decode, and identify what reaches us from within while navigating life, work, and social interactions. Instead of feeling separate or conflicted, as we often do when triggered by external circumstances, we can learn to take ownership of what emerges from within and create opportunities for flow and synchronicity.
If you’re a founder or member of an executive team, or coach, mentor, or educator, I’d like to invite you to connect and explore how we can support you and your team in evolving the practical ways you can achieve your goal or purpose.
(1) Intra-action is a term coined by Karen Barad, which means that whatever we experience in our interaction with others emerges from within.
