I'm lucky to be able to spend my time leading others and problem solving to grow organizations. I have deep experience driving growth and customer acquisition via performance marketing and brand building.
Rather than re-listing roles, I'll share a couple thoughts that I often remind myself of.
1. The biggest wins I've both experienced and witnessed have come from strong, cross-functional collaboration. I particularly love working alongside product, creative strategy, analytics, marketing operations, insights/research, and finance.
2. Surround yourself with incredible people and approach every interaction as a chance to learn.
3. Ground everything you do in the customer: from messaging strategy to channel mix or how you measure & analyze success, all should start with the customer.
4. Take (thoughtful) risks and experiment often. More reps = more learning and more fun.
5. Pausing to reevaluate helps me stay humble, open, and focused on the long-term.
6. Brand is not a 'fluffy' concept. It can often be the single strongest driver of performance (if you're intentional in how you measure).
7. Measure everything. Make data your friend and use it to communicate instead of using opinions.
8. No matter what function or role you're in, you have to understand the business.
