➤ WHO I AM:
At 21 years old living in Brooklyn NY, I moved to Florida with a dream of opening my own auto accessory shop. I purchased a one-way airline flight to Fort Lauderdale, and was introduced to franchising, which provided me with a blueprint for success.
There as no auto accessory franchises, so I went with a Meineke franchise and grew to opening 10 automotive franchises in South Florida. I learned how to build my staff so I could operate more franchise locations. I also began leveraging my franchise business success to secure funding for buying real estate and constructing buildings, so I could lease them to my franchised locations.
While operating my franchises, I was able to pay off my real estate mortgages and later sell my franchise businesses while holding the real estate leases, which allowed me to collect rental income forever. I would not have been able to reach this level of success without a franchise support system behind me.
As I began to think about my dream of owning an auto accessory business, and felt others would feel the same way, so in 2007 I decided to create a unique automotive styling and accessory franchise brand with a systemized approach to leveraging financial and lifestyle success called #tintworld 🌎.
