Under my leadership, Exposure Ninja achieved B Corp certification and launched the Ninja Digital Marketing Mentoring Programme to support aspiring marketers from less privileged backgrounds. In 2024, we won nine industry awards for outstanding, performance-focused campaigns.
I’m a strong advocate for women’s empowerment and equal education, and I believe mentoring is one of the most direct and meaningful ways to create impact. I volunteer as a mentor for the University of Exeter and Exposure Ninja to support our next generation of leaders.
