As an entrepreneur with a passion for improving the lives of nurses, I have dedicated my career to changing the way the healthcare industry approaches staffing and scheduling. After personally experiencing the challenges of working in a short-staffed environment as a nurse, I knew that something had to change.
In 2016, I co-founded IntelyCare, a nurse-first organization that is transforming the healthcare staffing landscape. IntelyCare provides a flexible clinical team of over 50,000 nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who deliver care to more than 4,000 licensed healthcare facilities throughout the United States.
Our AI-powered platform matches healthcare facilities with highly skilled nurses, delivering a personalized solution that streamlines the staffing process and helps nurses find the right opportunities.
