Experienced in management and operations in multiple fields.
Most recently 4 years experience in project management and solution implementation in the software industry. This opportunity was instrumental in my personal and professional development as I was exposed to all aspects of software sales, development, implementation and support. I also gained valuable insight into the Telecommunications industry and through interaction with dozens of clients understand how our software was utilized in their daily operations.

Prior to that drawing upon my years of service industry experience as well as my management training I spent 4 years in cafe management which included areas such as menu creation, inventory management & control, hiring/training/scheduling/evaluation of staff as well as budgeting and reporting.
