As a seasoned leader in supply chain management, I have driven sourcing efforts to find solid business partners, written and negotiated contracts, driven OEM projects from idea to #1 selling position on Amazon in its price point. My teams manage master production scheduling for multiple factories, all supply planning and purchasing to support customer needs. We focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, business planning, forecasting, and agility, quality and product reliability. I have setup from scratch complete operations teams doing Sales & Operations Planning, Demand/ Supply Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing along with all other essential elements of supply chain. It has been an honor to lead teams in different countries and cultures, all over the world.
Historically, I have been involved in the development of management analytics, the evolution of business intelligence frameworks, sales forecast modeling and fiscal reporting/management. I was taught that Operations 'lives and dies by the scoreboard', which means that business leadership has be rooted in data driven decisions, using credible business cases and a relentless desire to succeed.
