I grew up in a small rural town in Nebraska. A town I still live in today with my beautiful wife Courtney and our three boys. My wife is a Respiratory Therapist at our local hospital. Over the years, I have witnessed first hand how hard it can be to find a specialized healthcare worker when you need one, especially in rural areas. Most of these facilities are some of the friendliest and best places you could work in, but due to their location they struggle to find the help they need. I believe that every patient deserves the same excellent care, no matter where they live in our country. It's why it's so important to me that we do everything we can to educate and bring awareness to these needs, and team up with amazing healthcare professionals that are willing to make a difference, even though they are sacrificing time away from their family and friends.
With over 7 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry, I am passionate about connecting talented and compassionate healthcare professionals with facilities that need them the most. I am the President & COO at Uniti Med, a company that specializes in providing high-quality and healthcare staffing to communities across the country.
In my previous role as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Fusion Medical Staffing, I founded and managed several divisions that focused on growing brand awareness and client satisfaction. I leveraged my skills in sales, leadership, and management to build and lead teams, develop strategies, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. I also contributed to the company"s mission of improving the lives of the people we serve by creating a positive and supportive culture for our employees and our travelers.
