Claire is a Managing Director in L.E.K.'s Los Angeles office specializing in Consumer and Retail. She is a seasoned strategy consultant, deals professional and board-level strategic advisor supporting Consumer clients across the US and Europe.
Claire has extensive experience advising clients on a range of strategic issues including growth strategy, corporate and business unit strategy, value creation projects, price-pack architecture, commercial due diligence, sell side support and acquisition screens. She supports a broad range of private equity clients, their portfolio companies, leading retailers and consumer brands.
She has experience across the retail and consumer landscape, with particular focus on Food and Beverage and Health & Beauty. She has experience across the F&B landscape including branded and private label food manufacture, food service, copackers (aseptic, hpp, retort etc., in addition to multiple food categories), ingredients, distribution, grocery, alcohol (spirits, wine, beer) and non-alcoholic beverages.
Claire also leads L.E.K.'s Consumer Analytics offering, where she focuses on analyzing Big Data to unpick insights, trends and improvement strategies for ecommerce and digitally native DTC businesses around the topics of customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
She moved to the US in 2016 to help found and build the PwC US Deals Strategy team which grew to ~180 consultants within three years.
Claire received her Master of Engineering and first class Batchers degree in Manufacturing Engineering from University of Cambridge, England.
