Claudio is a strong, strategic leader who has been commanding top global brands to great success for over 25 years. His passion is developing and executing precision business strategies for dynamic global vendors. He draws upon his experience on international business, sales & marketing, business planning, finance, customer relationship management, and incentives and loyalty marketing, to develop strategies that engage customers, and improve business performance.
He began his career on the client side, working for blue-chip companies like AMF and Teleflex where he excelled at driving business performance. He then came over to the agency side in 2001 by co-founding BitTime; a relationship marketing agency based in Miami, which later sold to the Grass Roots Group. Claudio became a loyalty marketing strategist working side-by-side with the world’s top brands and channel managers; by 2007 Claudio had designed and launched loyalty solutions for a variety of top brands such as Colgate, Chrysler, FedEx, Kraft, Snickers, and Western Union among others.
His determination, insight and business acumen launched him to serve as Executive Vice President, at Grass Roots. Throughout his tenure there he led client services, and business development operations, and by 2010 had developed and executed major go-to-market programs for a broad variety of brands, including AMD, Cisco, Dell, EMC, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, and VMware among others.
By 2011 Claudio went on to serve as Chief Channel Strategist at hawkeye Channel (now Vistex). In 2015 he became Chief Strategy Officer at Perks WW, which sold to 360insights in 2020 bringing his multidisciplinary incentives and loyalty marketing experience, to inspire the creation of ideas that lead to change and constant performance improvement.
