Cody Sperber

Cody Sperber aka the “Clever Investor” is an American Entrepreneur, Author, Philanthropist, and Real Estate Mentor. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran turned Real Estate Investor, and the Founder/CEO of Clever Investor, a Real Estate Education Company Arizona.
Sperber joined the U.S. Navy in 1998. Sperber completed his service as an E-5, Petty Officer 2nd Class and served as a Navy Quarter Master until 2002.

Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal
Good Conduct Medal
National Defense Service Medal
Received a plank of USS Higgins

From 2002-2006, Sperber attended Arizona State University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Accounting.
Sperber had a short career as an accountant before becoming a Real Estate Investor.
