We help businesses that sell high-end services online recruit, train and manage sales teams. We do this by addressing four key areas:
1) Sales Systems
Most sales teams fail because they're built on a foundation of sand. We license our clients the same systems that build out 30M/yr sales floor in 26mo for them to implement in their business so they have the proper groundwork to scale.
2) DFY Recruiting
We received approximately 3-5k applications a month from sales reps who want to work with our clients. We filter that down to 400-800 interviews per month - then hand our clients the best reps on a silver platter.
3) Ramp Up
We help our clients take their sales reps from zero --> KPI in 2 wks by licensing them the same sales training processes I used to build my own sales team. This saves the business owner time, and allows them to leverage my expertise while keeping them in their zone of genius.
4) Management
We help our clients install internal management systems so they can keep their sales team performing at a high level WITHOUT having to outsource management to an expensive agency.
