As a committed entrepreneur, I am driven to use business as a lever to address major societal issues.
I started in food distribution, where I held management positions for over 10 years in large groups in France, China, and Brazil (Coca-Cola, Carrefour, Casino-GPA, Franprix). From hypermarket manager to director of the offer for Franprix, through to the management of category management of GPA (the leading distributor in Brazil), I focused on activating internal levers for improving CSR criteria for distributed products and initiating dialogue with the agricultural world. From these convictions, Siga was born, the first index on the ultra-processing of food products.
I switched to full-time entrepreneurship in 2019, to accelerate the changes I was leading in the company, and thus Omie was born, a pioneering grocery brand in regenerative agriculture. The producer suppliers of Omie implement agricultural practices that allow them to produce with living beings while ensuring the regeneration of soils, biodiversity, water quality, and air quality. (More than 250 products designed, 250 associated producers, up to 48 people in the teams and a series A of 15 million).
And now, in 2024, while digging into projects in other sectors (Health and Industry), I support companies in their industrial, branding, and retail challenges, whether they are at an early or mature stage (Product design & sourcing, Industrialization and scale-up, Quality compliance process, Offer positioning, Commercial marketing and pricing strategy, Preparation and fundraising strategy).
My support can take the form of consulting assignments or temporary taking on the role as a transition manager.
