My passion and entire career is (and will be) focused on Sales Development. The impact Sales Development can make on changing peoples personal and professional lives is phenomenal. The impact on a business can be extraordinary.
Sales Development is the lifeline to any business. A business needs to value Sales Development as a force multiplier or they will not grow exponentially or at all. As a Sales Development Leader, the teams I've built operationally and through coaching have generated more than $300 million in pipeline and I've promoted first time SDRs into Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Business Development roles.
From my upbringing in a small northern Californian town and with my 20 years of skateboarding (was sponsored, traveled for it, and was in multiple media outlets), it has been ingrained in me that supporting others with humility can change the lives of many and more.
