Founder and CEO of Lean Focus. For over 25 years, I have been implementing lean business systems in consulting, private equity, commercial, operations, continuous improvement, and senior leadership roles for such companies as Danaher, Coltala Holdings, HNI, Eaton, Argo Consulting, Experian, and Winegard.

Trained by disciples of the Toyota Production System, I have worked in a Shingo Prize winning facility and am a Shingo Prize Examiner. Over my career I have demonstrated hands-on leadership and facilitation of 500+ kaizen events with over 100 major corporations in 19 different countries.

I had Danaher Business System (DBS) responsibility for Danaher's Product Identification Platform of operating companies, which won the "Best Plant in the World", two years in a row, Danaher Corporate DBS responsibility for North America, and I was instrumental in developing Danaher’s company-wide Problem-Solving Process. My experiences inspired me to create a new, comprehensive business system that enables organizations to improve on all fronts—not just Lean. Today, that system is known as the Lean Focus Business System™, and it is not only the foundation on which Lean Focus was formed, it is the method with which businesses all over the world are able to transform for the better, and for the long term.
