Dan Crowley

Dan is Managing Director and CEO of the Avada Group Ltd, a newly listed Public Company - code (AVD).
As founder of the cornerstone business, Verifact Traffic Pty Ltd, Dan was instrumental in bring together a number of best in class Traffic Management businesses across the eastern seaboard to establish this new entity.
Dan Crowley is also Executive Director and founder of Verifact Pty Ltd, established in 1990, providing a diverse range of service solutions including Investigations, Security, Medical and end to end Injury Management for Federal, State and Local Government bodies and a number of Australia’s top multinational companies.

Dan worked for 12 years with the QLD Police Service obtaining the rank of Detective Sergeant working across a variety of policing disciplines.

Dan has been president of the Traffic Management associations of QLD and Australia (TMAQ TMAA), as well as the Australian Institute of Private Investigators (AIPI).

Dan has been appointed to the Boards of the Australian Rugby Union (twice) (ARU), QLD Rugby Union (QRU), QLD Rugby Union Club (QRUC), and the Rugby Union Players Association (RUPA).

Dan represented Australia in Rugby Union from 1989 to 1999 playing 38 test matches and a member of 3 Rugby World Cup teams winning in 1991 and 1999. He further represented QLD from 1986 – 2000 playing 125 matches, winning 2 Super Rugby titles.

Dan has authored a record selling sports book “Undercover Prop” describing his exploits as an undercover police officer and high profile footballer. He has worked as a Media Commentator for Chanel 7, ABC and 4BC radio for over a decade and is currently heavily involved in several charities.
