Since 2005, Daniel Morgan has been a leader in the institutional real estate industry. Having previously worked with many well-respected real estate investment firms, including Lennar Homes, Lehman Brothers, and FivePoint Holdings, Daniel has been directly involved in the development of tens of thousands of homes and millions of square footage of commercial real estate projects. In addition to achieving more than $1.5 billion in transactions, Daniel has helped facilitate countless successful deals, from land entitlement/development to ground-up construction to value-added repositioning of virtually every type of real estate asset.
Focusing on property operations and investment management at Marterra, Daniel is the absolute resource for clients in the market for investment properties. His diverse experience is evident, but his long-term perspective, strategic approach, and vast industry connections produce superior results for his clients in all market conditions. Also a certified property manager and licensed broker who has sponsored several real estate investments, Daniel possesses a full suite of talents, including project management, negotiation, and financing. He uses his keen understanding of what makes a property a good investment to help position Marterra’s clients to build long-term wealth.
A Southern California native, Daniel has lived most of his life in Orange County. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He and his wife, Christine, the founder of Marterra Real Estate, are passionate about helping communities, both locally and internationally. The organizations they support include Boys & Girls Club, MissionSake (which helps youth resist gang membership in El Salvador), The Clean Water Project, and their local school district.
