I am a passionate analytics and operations enthusiast with a love for food and a part-time blogger. With over 10 years of experience in the IT, banking, and telecom industries.

I have built and managed teams from scratch, scaled operations, and delivered exceptional results in areas such as inside collections, sales, customer care, business-to-business models, and client relationship management.

I have led teams of over 300 people, with a focus on hiring and using analytics to solve complex problems.

My achievements include setting up the Relationship Management model for Bangalore and Chennai for a Telecom product with a team of 200+ field executives at Bharti Airtel.

Standard Chartered Bank, from an Individual Contributor to a Team manager - Managing Portfolios for UAE and Barclays India for Collections.

Ani Technologies (Ola Money), I set up the Collections operations for postpaid and postpaid plus products, managing NPA of less than 0.80%. I was able to deliver record collections on the NPA base through data-driven analytics and new collection techniques, reducing the cost of collection operations by 3 times and increasing collection efficiency by 5 times.

Finally, at Uni Cards, I lead the customer experience and Inside Collections teams to provide exceptional customer service and improve collections.
