Ani Technologies (Ola Money), I set up the Collections operations for postpaid and postpaid plus products, managing NPA of less than 0.80%. I was able to deliver record collections on the NPA base through data-driven analytics and new collection techniques, reducing the cost of collection operations by 3 times and increasing collection efficiency by 5 times.
Finally, at Uni Cards, I lead the customer experience and Inside Collections teams to provide exceptional customer service and improve collections.
