Associate Vice President for Marketing at Point Loma Nazarene University. Experience in Higher Education and non-profit marketing. Served 3 years as a small business advisor in Kenya with the US Peace Corps (2004-2007).

I have served in a series of roles with increasing levels of responsibility. In my current role I lead a team of 18 marketing professionals in a hybrid/remote arrangement. Our team has a broad range of responsibilities, including brand management, print and digital design, content writing, videography, photography, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, website design and management, and publishing the university magazine.

We have achieved strong ROI on our marketing efforts. For our Graduate and Professional Studies programs we have achieved two consecutive years of +10% growth in total new enrollments. During those same years we've seen +20% annual growth in enrollments tied to the marketing campaign, a reduction in the cost per enrolled student, and inquiry-to-enrollment rates that exceed 6% on digital inquiries.

For our traditional undergraduate campus we enroll to a cap and continue to see a strong, full incoming class each year.
