I am a raconteuse in every sense of the word. Whether I'm sharing the successes of industry leaders, working to amplify the voices of underrepresented groups, or sharing my personal experiences and expertise, my objective is always clear: to help my audience walk a mile in someone else's shoes.

Having been in the workforce for over 15 years, I lean on my non-linear background and broad range of experiences to come up with creative solutions that drive deeply authentic connections between my clients and their audiences and/or themselves.

At my core, I believe in injecting empathy into everything I do, making the complex simple, and editing with a fine-toothed comb -- all while keeping an intersectional and compassionate lens on diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

In 2020, in addition to my work as a marketer, I launched my own coaching practice: I See You, Sis. It’s my honour and mission to help fellow women and self-identified femmes of all genders see their worth, build their confidence, and live their lives on their own terms. Through one-on-one sessions, psychologist-approved and CBT-inspired frameworks, and a concrete action plan based on their individual needs and objectives, I help my clients transition from simply surviving to fully thriving.

Long-term, my goals are to:

1. Continue working with founders and other marketers on strategizing, managing, and producing design-driven, empathy-led content that positively impacts my industry, community, and the world.

2. Build a community of like-minded souls who are just as committed to uplifting historically marginalized people as I am and to become financially secure enough to offer consistent, accessible help to as many of my Sisters as possible through pro-bono coaching, workshops, mentoring, and more.
