I’m also the sales enablement content leader and SELL conference producer at ATD, the world's largest association for talent development professionals.

My mission is to share the insights and conclusions I have drawn from working with over 500 clients across various industries and from my academic research on consultative selling methodology.

I believe that sales organizations need to upgrade their functions and capabilities to reach higher growth tiers and to integrate AI with minimal disruption. I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging and relevant content that helps sales leaders and practitioners achieve their goals and build their professional brand.
