I've always been empathic and had a strong desire to help people. For over a decade, I loved the work I was able to do in service of others. With that experience, I still had a desire to have a bigger impact. It wasn't until I was given an opportunity to blend my passion for helping people succeed with driving business growth that I found true professional fulfillment.

Since finding my path, I've developed a holistic perspective on my team's function within the larger organization. It is our goal to serve as thought partners with business leaders to evaluate what they hope to achieve, consult on how to achieve their goals within the company ecosystem, identify success measures, and ensure sustained behavior change. By thinking through every layer of the business that needs to support change and leaving no stone unturned, we do much more than train people: we work collaboratively to help leaders create an environment to achieve and sustain business growth.

Today, I lead my team based on a shared vision to help our internal customers realize objectives tied to sales productivity and customer satisfaction by identifying the need for and supporting change with leaders, in partnership with cross-functional teams, and I couldn't be happier.
