Hi! I'm Demi, a high-energy, high-positivity cybersecurity marketing content strategist. I'm curious, omnivorous, humorous, thoughtful, tough, and passionate. I believe in the power of transparency, communication, and ethical respect for all teammates and team members.

In my current role at Content Workshop, I help cybersecurity businesses achieve messaging goals with content. I strategize and project manage a variety of content deliverables, including emails, blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos, and more. Plus, I volunteer annually at Cyber Marketing Con.

Previously, I worked with MindPoint Group (a Tyto Athene Company) building and executing brand messaging and demand generation.

What I bring to the table:

Organization. I’m a detail-oriented perfectionist (of my own work). I’m adept at calendar scheduling, tracking timelines, and synthesizing instructions into action. I like to do it right the first time and I learn from good feedback. You won’t find me making the same mistakes more than once; I’ll make new ones!

Compassion. I’m high energy and high positivity, equipped with a mighty drive to nurture. I live to support others and make space for productive conversation. I want every member of my team to feel supported, encouraged, and empowered.

Skills. I have a full stack of tech skills, from software knowledge to troubleshooting hardware to managing small IT repair, and I take every advantage I can to learn more from my cybersecurity colleagues. I have expertise in all major document and drafting programs, light and medium graphic design programs, as well as productivity suites like Google and Microsoft. I take little time to adapt to new processes and tools, and I can teach what I’ve learned. When it comes to the soft stuff, I’m collaborative, encouraging, thoughtful, and tough.

Curiosity. In the past ten years I've taught myself how to play and run Dungeons & Dragons 5E, how to knit socks and sweaters, and how to navigate every new Photoshop update since 2008. My time in the book industry kept me engaged--staying abreast of games, comics, and book industry updates is as important to me as staying up to date with my most recent specialization. I have plenty of hobbies, and my curiosity also fuels my enthusiasm to support others.

Flexibility. I'm here to get things to the finish line, and I work best when assisting others achieve common goals. I'll take on more duties if I can handle them--and I'll ask when I need support. Let's roll our sleeves up and get the work done together, whatever it takes.
