I head the database operations and IT at Lighthouse Independent Media in Singapore and Hong Kong, part of the Forum Media Group.

No one actually joins the workforce thinking ‘ Database is the path to a great career”, but I was roped in to do database & circulation tasks at my first ever job. Along the long and winding road, I picked up a little bit of IT skills and the rest is history.
