I have dedicated my life to serving others through public service. I enjoy helping others use their real property resources in a way that improves their lives, and the lives of others in our community. I have been privileged to do so as the president and CEO of Dutra Realty, as a two-term member of the Fremont City Council and now, as the founder and CEO of 3D Strategies. Every day, I utilize my background in local government, and commercial real estate and development to help community organizations fulfill their missions and improve the community through their service.
3D Strategies is a values-based corporation, which means we truly believe in the organizations we work with and the difference they make in our community. 3D Strategies is not solely searching for profits, but instead improving the community as a whole by helping these organizations become more financially sound with the real estate they already have or can afford, all while fulfilling their long-term goals and missions.
