I have a passion for the entertainment industry and enjoy coming up with creative and innovative ideas that build strong brands, make emotional connections, and deliver a consistent and positive experience for the patrons. For more than 20 years, I have been doing exactly that—and this is where I truly excel.
My career started at the ground level. I grew up in a family of independent theater owners, so the exhibition and entertainment industry has been a part of my life since I sold my first bag of popcorn at the age of 8 in my father’s theater in New Jersey. I knew I had found my passion when I felt a sense of fulfillment in seeing the excitement of the movie theater crowds, interacting with the public, and working with a diverse group of people focused on providing a memorable, positive experience.
“From the ground up” is a rarity in this industry, and it is this element that I believe has been the key to my success in advancing through Director and Executive VP roles while providing me with a multifaceted appreciation of the entertainment industry across various business contexts. Whether I am streamlining business operations, planning and executing special events, negotiating with new vendors, or developing new programs that facilitate growth in performance and event attendance, I know that I have made a positive and lasting difference.
I recently pursued and earned my MBA and look forward to applying my education and extensive experience working with both a small, private company and a public, corporate entity in this next stage of my career.
