In directing my own product staff and teams of developers and designers attached to my projects, I've become known as a leader who pulls people together to define a vision and deliver solid revenue-driving digital experiences. Piecing together sometimes disparate requests from stakeholders in the executive, content, marketing, and sales teams works because I act as translator and mediator, getting agreement on core principles that then set a framework for all further decisions.
