Growing up I always had the dream of playing Professional Football. However, when a career limiting injury prevented me from fully realizing that dream, I followed another path: Making a positive difference helping others.
This led me into a new career in the Non-Profit space. During this time I planned numerous fundraising events that allowed me to raise millions for poverty alleviation efforts in North America. I then used my own planning experience and took on a Senior Account Manager role at EventMobi, where I assisted thousands of planners globally in reaching their event goals and providing memorable experiences for others. This drive to help others also led me to work at eSSENTIAL Accessibility where I helped organizations ensure their content was accessible and inclusive for all!
With that, I've taken another step forward in my career and work as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Alida. My goal is to help you connect with your customers in a meaningful way. I'm here to help you turn your customer's truth into action!
