After having worked as an administrative professional for several years, I quit my corporate job in 2021 to pursue my passion: analytical work. As far as I remember, data management has always been a part of my job. From analyzing staff shortages and resumes in order to find the best candidates for a vacant position to gathering data from the company’s website and building charts and dashboards for management reporting, I always aim to implement structure and organization into my work.

I started my journey to become a data analyst at the beginning of 2022 when I enrolled in the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate program. This extensive six-month training allowed me to get hands-on experience with data cleaning, data visualization, project management, and gain confidence in transforming complex data into actionable and clear insights.

I believe my diverse experience and skills would be a good match for a data analyst role. Over the years, I have mastered
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Collaborative approach to work;
• Project management and reporting skills;
• Organizational and prioritization skills;
• Customer service skills.

Over the last few months, as a result of a daily practice, I’ve brought my technical skills to the next level, which includes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookup, Pivot Tables and Excel functions;
• Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau;
• Familiarity with R and Python programming languages (which I continue to learn and practice every day);
• Dashboard creation in Excel and Tableau.

I am a curious, lifelong learner who is very excited about data and its ability to drive decisions. And at this point in my career, I am looking for an opportunity to join a team of professionals who are as excited about data as I am. If you and someone you know is looking for a curious and dedicated data analyst with a creative approach to problem solving, let us connect. I’ll be happy to hear from you!
