Employees have been at the core of my career since the beginning. I love enabling people to be the best they can at work through engagement, learning, and meaningful experiences even in a remote-first world.
My focus is on Learning & Development, sales enablement, employee engagement, organizational learning, instructional design, content development, customer continuing education, and program management.

- built Buildout’s award-winning L&D function from scratch,
- won an L&D award for most impactful launch of a new program #LEARNIES,
- implemented, built, and maintained a new LMS, handling content creation from start to finish,
- helmed employee training leading up to a product launch at the largest conference in our industry,
- built customer education courses about the CRE industry as a product while fostering external SME partnerships,
- shrunk our quota-carrying rep’s ramp to attainment to one month,
- launched Buildout’s first sales enablement program and managed an incentives budget,
- hosted (and DJ’d) all internal org-wide meetings,
- programmed and emceed our all-company onsites,
- built a robust, scalable new hire training program,
- contributed to an Inc. Magazine article,
- and acted in four Shakespeare plays in the last year around Denver.
