In addition to previously working as a Primary Children's Book Editor for TRP Publishing my writing experience includes online articles, blogging, SEO Ad work, Web-Content, catalog descriptions for multiple online clothing lines, and travel destination descriptions for an online travel guide site.
Additionally, I've written and published two children's books, been a reviewer for the 2012 Denver Film Festival for an online movie review site, and had my poetry published.
My work history is quite varied and includes:
• Teaching
• Office Management and H/R
• Merchandising / Inventory Control / Purchasing for 120 Warehouse Clubs nation wide
• Customer Service Manager of up to 50 cashiers at a time for a major grocery store chain
• Beta testing and systems training for multiple organizations including the Colorado Chapter of the National MS Society
This background has given me the opportunity to write marketing and teaching materials as well as user manuals and employee handbooks. I believe my diversity gives me a unique ability to write on many different topics in an informed and knowledgeable manner. As an avid life long learner I tend to take on projects that allow me to research and learn new information in regards to topics and industries that I have not had previous experience in; adding to my already extensive diversity.
