Currently focused on increasing customer support and satisfaction while also assisting in successfully decreasing account churn. As a professional, I thrive in positions that are amplified in responsibility, customer-facing, problem-solving, fast pacing, and challenging. As an individual, I am energetic, upbeat, and curious, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly. I strongly believe in goal setting, collaboration, company culture, and empathy.
My next big goal is to enroll in an MBA program, and one day be a strategic, agile, and empathetic leader who excels in her craft.
On the weekends you can find me outdoors, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, or cycling with my no.1 fan Rex 🐾. As a post-professional athlete and dancer, I also appreciate art and everything it offers.
