I am passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals and optimize their marketing campaigns. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Dotdigital, I work with a range of clients across industries and regions, enabling them to make the most of dotdigital's Engagement Cloud platform.

In my current role, I am responsible for the retention of revenue and upsell opportunities, as well as customer engagement in the form of user groups, case studies, and webinars. I also regularly contribute to Dotdigital's library of learning resources for customers, including blog articles and webinars on marketing automation strategies. I am proud to have been awarded "Rookie of the Year" at July 2020 Global Employee of the Year Awards
