I am a dedicated healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. In August 2021, I founded Zócalo Health, a company committed to providing a premier family medicine experience tailored for the Latino community. Before this venture, I held the position of Senior Manager at Amazon Care, where I was responsible for managing multiple technical teams and programs.

Appointed to the Rogers Behavioral Health Board of Directors in March 2021, my contributions extend beyond my work at Amazon Care. As a key member of Amazon's COVID-19 response team, I helped launch a worldwide testing initiative. My primary focus lies in delivering customer-centric solutions to both customers and patients, making healthcare accessible and easy for everyone. I firmly believe that healthcare should be personal, transparent, and convenient, and that technology can enhance care delivery to be more efficient, affordable, and equitable.

Throughout my career, I have assumed various leadership roles in innovative digital health startups, as well as regional and national health systems. While at Tenet Health, I managed a health IT portfolio encompassing all ambulatory service lines. In 2015, I was a founding employee of EverlyWell, a leading consumer lab testing company.

I am passionate about advocating for proper representation in leadership, recognizing the numerous benefits that minority leaders bring to the table for their communities. To that end, I actively promote the inclusion of women and people of color in leadership roles, and I am committed to working towards a more equitable healthcare system.

In October 2020, I was honored to be included in Business Insider's "30 under 40" list, which recognizes individuals transforming US healthcare.
