“Serial Intra-preneur” turned Entrepreneur with a passion for tech, health, and humans

Former Revenue Executive, Esther Ayorinde-Iyamu is an Immigrant and first in her family to attend college in the US. Without prior connections in Tech, Esther made her first 6-figures as a high performing seller at 21 and her first $1M as a seller and entrepreneur by 30. She ranked in the top 1% of sellers worldwide, went on to lead top 1% sales teams with some of the companies' largest global clients, and later lead various global Go-To-Market and Product Management teams.

Esther was recognized as Diversity Women Magazine’s Power 100 Executives and The Network Journal’s 40 Under 40 list. As a Tech Sales thought leader, Esther has been a featured guest lecturer at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Santa Rosa Community College as well as a guest speaker at companies like Facebook, Gong, Snowflake, Amazon, Verified 1st, Cisco, Clozd, and Braze. Esther also danced professionally in the NFL and NBA for 7 Seasons, 5 of which while working in Tech Sales. She was the first Black Dance Captain in franchise history of the New York Jets and started her first startup at 19 years old in her dorm room at Santa Clara University. The opportunities that a lucrative career in sales afforded Esther changed the trajectory of her family’s lives, but access to this type of opportunity today depends on a strong network and/or pedigree (ex: a big brand company, big named school, a family member in industry, etc). Esther is committed to changing that.

82.7% of sales managers still come from just one demographic while technology buyers are diversifying faster than their sellers. Though well-intentioned, often hiring managers are left to taking on a 2nd job of duplicating efforts from their recruiting peers to attract and promote diverse AND experienced sales professionals. Esther is on a mission to leverage technology to remove pedigree bias from the ability for sales leaders to build the best, diverse teams to outperform their peers in a fraction of the time and cost.

Success for Esther and the GrowthQ team is close the wage gaps in tech by ensuring a lucrative career in sales becomes equitable for all.
