Account Executive at Pipedrive. My main responsibility is helping customer during their free trial period to evaluate with the tool implementation and becoming new paying and happy customers.
Aside from that, I am a Trends Analyst with a Digital Communications and Digital Marketing background with over eight years of experience. I have worked in big companies on which I was responsible for the development and executing the internal and external communications. I also have worked in the following fields: marketing, PR and customers services, online and offline communicationas, social media, digital marketing, SEO and data analysis. Nowadays I am studying my masters degree to work as trend researcher. In addition to that, I have got an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
I have worked in different business over 12 years and it has made me become a very flexible person. I had great opportunities to improve my capabilities of working under pressure, acquiring strong analytical skills and valuable practical notions of sales and banking. I also have got great communications skills, acquired and improved during my overseas experiences. I was an AIESEC Member from May 2011 to May 2012 and I worked in many projects in my Local Committee, such some visits and events to introduce AIESEC to young students in our area, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and to show our culture to AIESEC members whose were living in our city.
In December 2007 I moved to Dublin, Ireland, to study English and travelling around Europe for cultural refinement. I lived there almost 2 years. In addition to that, I am intellectually curious, highly collaborative, a pro activity, responsible and hard working person.
