Strong communication skills combined with a technical background from my degree in computer science allow me to cover a broad range of topics and facilitate my work as Deliverability Manager. After having worked for four years in this role and amassed a broad range of experience, I'm now responsible since one year for the international Deliverability Service Team located in Germany, UK and France. My responsibilities range from highly technical to operational aspects of Email Deliverability & Abuse Management and include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing and implementing IP-strategies
- Reputation analysis and mitigation
- Deliverability coaching and consultation
- Online and offline training for associates and clients
- ISP relationship maintenance and abuse handling
- Client sender certification and whitelisting
- Ensured successful delivery for international, enterprise, B2B, and B2C email campaigns
- Dispatching extremely large and time critical volumes
- Partnered with regional regulators and ISPs to adhere to dynamic regulatory requirements
I am a member of MAAWG, certified senders alliance and competence group email and maintain a regular presence at conventions and fairs like Internet Security days, E-Mail expo or dmexco.
I founded the "Deliverability Management" department for Experian Marketing Services in Germany.
