Over the past 7 years, I’ve been working with consumer brands to consolidate, then amplify their message & product. As a consultant, I fill gaps in brand marketing teams – offering the structure of an agency with the agility of a freelancer.

I‘ve worked at an agency, freelance and in-house level designing and executing strategies in communications, social media and content strategy, media relations, influencer programming, brand partnerships and event production.

Outside of the office, I connect with cool + inspiring women on my podcast, Femme Studios. Could be up your alley if you want to hear the stories of women who are pushing the boundaries of what a traditional career looks like - all based in Toronto. A celebration of the talent in our city.

Last, I'm passionate about psychedelics and pushing forward in the path towards legalization. I volunteered at MAPS Canada as Marketing Lead; and the Canadian Psychedelic Association executing on PR efforts + advising on social media strategy.
