As the Sr. Director of Talent & Culture at Boardable, a board management software company, I lead the design and implementation of exceptional HR infrastructures that align with the organizational vision and values. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I have developed expertise in talent management, talent acquisition, talent on-boarding, culture integration, engagement/retention strategies, and training & development.
