Currently kickstarting a new team at Salesforce called Emerging Tech and Products and working on the latest web3 innovations that can drastically change customer experiences.
Previously, I worked on the Salesforce Field Service product since its early days and touched nearly all areas of the product (Preventive Maintenance Management, Installed Base Tracking, Inventory Management, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and more) scaling it from a few millions to a multi million dollars product and a leader in the market. My latest project there was to lead the development of the Asset Service Management offering of Salesforce Field Service.
A couple of years ago, I successfully digitally transformed Johnson Controls field service operations on a global scale.
I know how to go from 0 to 1, validate from 1 to 10 and scale from 10 to 100+ through my diverse experiences. I specialized in structuring simple solutions for complex problems.
My most recent successes are:
• Leading the development of Salesforce equipment-centric capabilities
• Launched a new product called "Asset 360" in partnership with ServiceMax
• Coached Waylay.io to launch their IoT Digital Twin offering on the Salesforce AppExchange
• Used Artificial Intelligence to recommend parts on Work Order with the help of Einstein Recommendation Builder
• Finished first with my team in the high potential PM training (Leap) by pitching a brand new cloud offering
