I help SaaS companies scale their revenue​,​ leading them from a few million USD to tens of million USD in Annual Recurring Revenue by aligning all three revenue-generating teams (demand generation, sales and customer success). At Epignosis, the learning technology company behind TalentLMS, eFront and TalentCards, I am responsible for the international growth of the business, by generating new and retaining existing revenue across multiple channels with a long-term perspective.

Prior to Epignosis, I wore many hats in the tech world, leading teams with ambitious goals to success. For many years I have consulted tech companies on commercial strategy, business development, operations and fundraising.

I am a pragmatic optimist, who takes full ownership of everything in my life. As a professional, I have a seat at the table, preferring these rooms where I am not the smartest person. As a leader, I lead by example. I prefer to manage by context rather than control. The values important to me are trust, communication, flexibility, freedom, initiative and ownership.

An active member of meetups fostering entrepreneurship and innovation, business plan competitions and venture academies. I curated the Open Coffee Thessaloniki meetings and was a founding member of the TEDxThessaloniki team.
