Priority is action. I am on a mission to help brands decisively create more value for customers, in turn creating greater customer lifetime value for the brand. I'm a firm believer that this win-win scenario is achievable and critical to organizations' success. I was recently named the #1 marketing thought leader by Thinkers360.

I help F1000 brands turn big ideas and complex challenges into meaningful, sustainable results. I serve as an advisor and consultant to organizations that are experiencing change and need to create more agility in their internal and external approaches. My primary area of focus is connecting strategy to people, process, and platforms in the areas of marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation. I've been part of award-winning work with some of the world's top brands such as Adidas, Choice Hotels, Coca-Cola, FedEx, HP, Marriott, Toyota, and VMware.

I'm a multiple-time Co-Founder & CEO, leading my digital experience agency to be acquired in 2017, successfully exited an HR technology platform provider I co-founded in 2020, and led a SaaS startup to be acquired by a leading edge computing company in 2021. I currently advise and sit on the Board of a MarTech startup.

I am Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and hold a certification in Business Agility from ICP-BAF. These inform a statistical, analytics-driven approach to solving problems and achieving measurable goals in whatever initiatives I undertake.

I am a multiple best selling author and have written eleven books on customer experience, agile business approaches, and marketing. My latest book, House of the Customer, details how brands can create the personalized customer experience of the future. I also write for MarTech, CMSWire, and others.

I am on the ANA School of Marketing Faculty where I created and teach courses on Customer Experience Measurement and Agile Marketing. I also co-founded the American Advertising Federation's National Innovation Committee, was on the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business Marketing Board, and serve on the University of Richmond's CX Advisory Board as well as the Board of the Workhouse Arts Foundation.

I've spoken at MarTech, Internet Week New York, SMX Social Media, EventTech, Internet Summit, Social Media Week, VMWorld, and others. I've been featured in Advertising Age, Communication Arts, The Kojo Nnamdi Show, and The Washington Post. I've also guest lectured at Georgetown University, American University, Virginia Tech, Howard University, University of Maryland.
