As the Director of Digital Customer Experience at SuperOffice, I have been improving the digital customer experience for our cloud-based CRM solution for over eight years. I am passionate about enabling customer success, building customer intelligence initiatives, and implementing our Net Promoter Program (NPS) to measure and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Before joining SuperOffice, I held various leadership roles in the CRM industry, including managing director of SuperOffice Norge AS, SuperOffice Online AS, and HansaWorld Norway AS. I have over 20 years of experience in CRM, new business development, key account management, marketing, and customer service. I also host the SuperOffice podcast, where I share insights and best practices on how to find, catch, and keep more customers with CRM.
