I cofounded Termageddon, an auto-updating website policies solution, built for agencies and their clients (and is attorney friendly!). We provide documentation (for free) to agencies so they can help educate their clients on the importance of website policies.

For better or worse, regulations are entering the web design space, and if you’re helping clients collect things like names, emails, or IPs through contact forms or analytics tools, it’s important you get it documented that you told them they’re responsible for their website policies, not you!
