As of March 2022, I became President and Chief Revenue Officer at Seismic - the global leader in sales enablement where we drive smarter enablement and better outcomes. In this role, I am responsible for all go-to-market operations. Prior to Seismic, I was the President of Global Field Operations at Pegasystems. At Pega, I was responsible for all go-to-market functions including Pega’s corporate strategy, operations, marketing, partners/alliances, sales, client success, and consulting functions.

I am often told that I bring unique perspectives and experiences having more than 27 years of experience in leadership positions at software giants including Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM and Pega. I also bring a proven track record of building effective global teams and driving transformative growth. I am passionate about creating an inclusive culture that champions diversity and allyship in the workplace.

Prior to Seismic and Pega, I was at Microsoft as the Corporate Vice President of global Microsoft business applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365), responsible for go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution. In this role, my team drove over 300% revenue growth for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and grew Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud product revenue over 10x.

Before Microsoft, I was Senior Vice President of industry business solution sales at Salesforce.com, where me and my team built their industry business unit and drove sales execution across key industries. I was also Vice President and Managing Director of the financial services business unit at IBM, responsible for overall strategy, global profit, revenue, services delivery, and client satisfaction for key financial markets and retail banking clients on Wall Street. Earlier in my career, I was a management consultant for a number of years at Ernst & Young.

I hold an MBA in strategy and business policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from Saint Lawrence University.
