Hayfa Aboukier

I am a growth startup operator turned investor who is deeply passionate about the growing tech ecosystem here in Colorado. I have aligned my passion for building and scaling startups by joining the investing team at Range Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on funding and supporting the best technology entrepreneurs in the greater Denver area.

Prior to joining Range Ventures I spent the majority of my career as as operator at startups spanning across various stages ranging from Pre-Seed to Series E - building and scaling high performing teams at companies including Gusto, Opendoor, Rupa Health, CampusLogic, etc. I most recently spent the past year advising many growth stage companies on go-to-market strategy and operations.

Prior to venturing into startups, I served as Teach for America Corps member and a Fulbright Scholar. I have a Business Management degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned my Masters of Education degree from Arizona State University while serving in the TFA corps.
