Heather has spent her career focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through intelligent software solutions.

She has excelled in marketing, sales, consultancy and management roles, proving herself to be a strong, insightful leader. As VP GTM Strategy at Verint, she is responsible for driving a global strategy for Verint's Digital First Engagement portfolio.

Previous to Verint, Heather was Transversal’s CEO - instrumental in growing the company from a Cambridge-based start-up to a successful, global organization recognized as a world leader in knowledge automation solutions. This success resulted in its acquisition by Verint Systems Inc. in July 2019.

Heather is passionate about finding creative approaches to solving complex problems, and encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration as a way of embracing and capitalizing on change.
