Financial Technology:
During my tenure in the financial technology sector, I took on a pivotal role as the leader of a dynamic team entrusted with the creation of cutting-edge stock rebalancing software. This software seamlessly integrated with the FIX trading protocol, streamlining the way our clients managed their assets. Within the first few months of launch, our product garnered an impressive 37% increase in internal sales, a testament to its effectiveness and market relevance.
Socio Venture and Cisco Acquisition:
My journey continued when I started on an exciting chapter with a Series A startup, Socio, where I was the company's first product manager. In this role, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive platform and oversaw the growth of the entire product department. My responsibilities extended to hiring top-tier talent and implementing streamlined processes that optimized our product development lifecycle, while still executing on new products.
In 2021 Socio was acquired by industry giant Cisco. Throughout this transitional phase, I continue to hold a leadership position, facilitating a smooth integration process and ensuring the alignment of our product strategies with Cisco's overarching vision. This period not only broadened my horizons but also solidified my expertise in managing products within a larger corporate ecosystem.
