Today I am CEO and co-founder of The Remote Company. The organization invests in online businesses with remote teams. Its portfolio includes companies such as Ycode, MyZenTeam, and Partnero.
The Remote Company was born on the grounds of the small Lithuanian product serving local customers - MailerLite. Co-founding and spearheading MailerLite’s marketing efforts I created a global brand with more than a million customers. In 2022, the company was sold for over 90 million USD.
Our formula to success is a remote and global team and intentional company culture. In 8 years a team of 140 people from 30 different countries developed ways to connect remotely, learned to communicate asynchronously, and refined team events to be meaningful and engaging.
