Jadee is a strategic CIO and CISO with 20 years of experience driving business success for startups and iconic billion-dollar brands. She boosts revenue and curbs risk through high-level, transformative security and IT strategies and leverages deep subject matter expertise in security technologies to expand the market relevance of security products. Jadee was named one of 2023's The Forbes CIO Next List, 2022’s Top 25 Women in Cybersecurity by The Software Report and one of 2022’s Top 100 Women in Cybersecurity by Cyber Defense Magazine. She is frequently quoted on security topics, including in Inc. Magazine, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, and CIODive, and is a recognized thought leader within the CISO and CIO community.
Jadee currently serves as CIO and CISO at cybersecurity software leader Code42, where she leads enterprise security and technology strategy. In her five years at the company, Jadee has transformed the Security division into a revenue-driving business enabler, leveraging right-sized tech to win new customers. She has also elevated security’s role within the organization, helping teams embrace and adopt right-sized risk management while increasing the company’s cyber detection, response, and recovery capabilities by 90%. An expert in cloud conversion, Jadee stabilized Code42’s corporate technology infrastructure by streamlining and transitioning all services to the cloud, resulting in more than $1.2 million in SaaS-based spending reductions.
Notably, Jadee was also a key driver of the creation and success of Code42’s proprietary “Insider Risk” software, launched in 2019. She co-authored the definitive book on the subject, Inside Jobs: Why Insider Risk is the Biggest Cyber Threat You Can’t Ignore (Skyhorse) in 2020.
Before joining Code42, Jadee spent six years managing information security at Target (NYSE: TGT). As Senior Director of Information Security, she collaborated with Target’s CIO and CISO to develop security risk governance and strategy.
Jadee cut her teeth in privacy and security as a Manager of Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte. She is the founder of Building Without Borders, a volunteer-based nonprofit that provides housing and meal services to low income families. Since its founding in April 2015, Building Without Borders has constructed over 50 homes in the Dominican Republic.
